With Bay Area air quality at an all time low, here are a few tips you can use to minimize damage to your health.
If you need to be outside, wear an N95-99 mask, and learn how to properly fit it to your face. When possible, stay indoors with doors and windows shut, and run your HVAC to filter the air. If possible, add a room HEPA air filter to smaller rooms like bedrooms to filter the air even more.
Take extra detox supplements such as N-Acetyl Cysteine 600 mg twice daily, which helps you make more glutathione for detox and helps the lungs directly. Also take extra Ascorbyl Palmitate 450 mg twice per day for vitamin C to help recycle your glutathione and improve your immune system.
Do nasal sprays such as saline or X-Clear to wash out your nose and sinuses which are potentially getting clogged with the toxins in the air.
If you take these simple precautions, you should be able to survive these bad air days until there is clearer air ahead!
