Sandi Kreizenbeck is our Nurse Practitioner, and we are very happy to have her on staff. Sandi received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of San Francisco, and a Master of Science in Nursing and a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Holy Names University. She previously served as an officer in the US Air Force for five years, where she got extensive experience in pediatrics and adult emergency medicine. She is a MAPS (Medical Academy of Pediatrics Special Needs) provider. She attends multiple medical continuing education conferences every year.
Sandi has trained extensively at Optimal Health Spectrums and Developmental Spectrums under Dr. Lynne Mielke, and is very knowledgeable about our treatment protocols. Before going back to school to become a nurse practitioner, Sandi worked as an IV nurse in our lab, so she has hands-on experience in treating the issues we see with our pediatric and adult patients in our clinic. She has been studying Integrative medicine for many years and consults with Dr. Mielke on an ongoing basis about her patients, to maintain a consistent quality of care.
Like many in our community, Sandi came to Integrative medicine after finding no help for herself or her children from a variety of traditional practitioners. She has one son who is currently in managed recovery from Autism and another son on the spectrum who has improved dramatically from biomedical treatment, so she is able to relate to our patients on a personal and professional level. Her entire family has been treated at our clinic, so she knows what it is like to be the patient and the provider. Sandi brings personal experience and empathy to her interactions with her patients.
Sandi has dedicated her life’s work to helping all ages achieve optimal health and wellness. Sandi is a valued medical provider at Developmental Spectrums and Optimal Health Spectrums, and we are thrilled to have her with us!
